↓ Illustrative — a live search for IndiTech surfaces almost nothing a buyer can act on.

The specifications are approved. The plants are running. The engineers know the name. Everyone else is guessing.

03The positioning

Show the engineering.
Don't announce the company.

Every post, every video, every email should make a buyer or an engineer smarter about a real problem in the field.

Credibility is a side effect of being useful. If a piece of content could be published by any manufacturer with the logo swapped, it does not go out.

The brand grows because the work is worth reading, not because the brand keeps talking about itself.

Content rule
If it doesn't teach, warn, or explain, it doesn't ship.
Teach
Failure modes, sizing, spec logic
Warn
Downtime cost, compliance risk
Explain
Real case numbers, real decisions

04Founder positioning

Not a founder-influencer.
An engineer with 45 years in the field.

VJTI rank holder. Currently building valve-calculation software. Mentoring the next generation of design engineers. The authority is already there. It just needs a channel.

The content rule for his voice: every technical insight must translate into what a procurement head or plant buyer actually cares about. Cost of downtime. Compliance risk. Total lifecycle cost. Delivery reliability. Never engineering-for-engineers.

Every valve that leaves this floor has a lifecycle cost attached to it, not just a price. A cheaper trim looks like a win on the PO. Two years in, it's a shutdown, a re-machining bill, and a plant head asking who approved it. The math a procurement team should actually run is: unit cost + expected downtime hours × plant revenue per hour + replacement labour. That is the number IndiTech is built to lower. Not the invoice. The total.

Why this post works
  • 01Starts with an engineer's observation, not a company claim.
  • 02Translates trim spec into a procurement math problem.
  • 03Lands on downtime cost — the number a plant head actually defends.
Rule applied · Teach → warn → explain
05LinkedIn — primary channel

Where procurement heads, plant managers, and OEM buyers actually live.

Content mix
  • 01Technical explainers written in the buyer's language.
  • 02Case studies with real numbers. Efficiency, pressure, downtime saved.
  • 03Founder posts that connect engineering to procurement-level concerns.

A blast furnace NRV failure doesn't just cost a valve. It costs an unplanned shutdown, a missed delivery window, and a procurement head explaining the delay upstream. We rebuilt our non-return valve design after tracking failure patterns across three steel plants. The fix wasn't a stronger valve. It was rethinking how PCI injection pressure interacts with backflow timing. Full breakdown in comments.

A young engineer on our team asked why we still spec IBR approval on projects where it isn't mandatory. My answer: because the plant manager who signs the PO isn't buying a valve. He's buying one less thing to worry about at 2 AM. 45 years in this business taught me that compliance isn't paperwork. It's how you sell trust before you sell steel.

Lean, honest, technical. Not polished, not performative.

Short explainers on how a PRDS station works. Plant walkthroughs. Founder explaining a real design decision on camera. The production bar stays realistic in year one, the substance stays high from day one.

09Case studies as a deliverable

The proof already exists. It just isn't dressed up yet.

IndiTech does not need new client wins to build credibility content. It already has them, sitting in testimonials and commissioning records that were never built into standalone stories.

Power plant piping and blowdown valve manifold
Commissioned 2016 · leak free
Case · 01

Zero Downtime, Zero Leakage

Orient Cement · 45MW captive power plant
Angle · Reliability that compounds over time
Before · raw testimonial

"IndiTech blowdown valves are still holding up. No issues."

After · formatted case study

Blowdown valves commissioned in 2016. Nine years on the same 45MW captive power plant, still operating leak free. Reliability is not the sale. It is what the sale becomes over time.

Blast furnace and PCI lance area at dusk
Online lance change · no shutdown
Case · 02

Keeping the Furnace Running

Steel plant · blast furnace PCI application
Angle · Avoided downtime cost, not product spec
Before · raw testimonial

"The NRV design lets us swap the PCI lance without shutting the furnace."

After · formatted case study

A blast furnace shutdown costs a plant more in a single shift than the valve costs across its lifetime. Our non-return valve is engineered to let the PCI injection lance be inserted and removed online. The furnace never stops.

Crated PRDS station at port with container ship
Export · delivered ahead of schedule
Case · 03

Faster Than the Deadline Demanded

WM Mendis · Sri Lanka export project
Angle · Export reliability, on record
Before · raw testimonial

"IndiTech delivered the PRDS station ahead of schedule."

After · formatted case study

PRDS station engineered, fabricated, tested, and shipped ahead of the client's own timeline. For an overseas buyer choosing between three vendors, a delivery record is not a nice detail. It is the whole risk calculation.

Three to four of these, built once, reused across LinkedIn, email, and the website. No new client work required to start.

Low lift · high credibility
10Copywriting principles

The rules that keep the voice honest.

01

Every post opens with a real problem or a real number. Never a company statement.

02

No listicles. No generic manufacturing pride captions.

03

Founder voice always connects engineering insight to what a procurement or plant decision-maker cares about.

04

Every case study carries a number. Efficiency percentage, pressure rating, time saved.

05

If a post could be published by any manufacturer with the logo swapped, it does not get published.

Closing

25 years of trust,
finally visible.
